These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Xinghai Browser. We have tried to write them in plain language. By downloading, installing or using Xinghai Browser, you agree to these terms.

Xinghai Browser is provided by Huafang Li, trading as AQUOR, a sole trader based in Manila, Philippines (“AQUOR”, “we”, “us”). Contact: hi@aquor.app.

1. What we provide

Xinghai Browser is account-management software for cross-border online sellers. It lets you manage several of your own store accounts on one computer. Each account runs in its own isolated browser profile (separate cookies, local storage, cache and browser settings), so the accounts do not interfere with each other.

We provide: the Windows desktop app, user accounts and plans, optional encrypted cloud sync of your settings, and software updates.

We do not provide: proxies, IP addresses, VPN services, store accounts, or store-management services for any platform. If you want to use a proxy, you buy it yourself and enter it in the app.

3. Your account

• You need an account to use the app. Please use a real email address — we use it to contact you and to reset your password
• One account is tied to one computer. You can move it to a new computer yourself, with a 7-day cooldown between moves
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We cannot be responsible for losses caused by you sharing or leaking it
• You may not resell, rent out or share your account with other people
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

4. Payments and renewals

• Plan prices and limits are listed on the Pricing page
• Each purchase is a one-time payment for the period you choose; nothing renews automatically. You renew manually before your plan ends
• When you renew, your remaining days are added on, not reset
• You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time; downgrades are not supported
• When a plan ends, your account is not deleted — it simply returns to the free plan’s limit of store profiles

5. Acceptable use

Use Xinghai Browser only for store accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.

You are responsible for how you use the software. Your selling activity on each marketplace is governed by that marketplace’s own rules, and it is up to you to make sure your use complies with them.

6. Our liability

• We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. Network faults, data-centre problems and events beyond our control can cause downtime
• Your store settings are encrypted on your own computer with a key only you have. If you lose that key, we cannot decrypt your data, so please keep backups
• We are not responsible for consequences on third-party platforms that result from how you use the software (including account suspensions, limits or penalties)
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months

7. Changes to the service

• We may change features, prices or plans. Price changes never affect a plan you have already bought
• If we decide to stop the service, we will give at least 30 days’ notice on this website and in the app, and refund unused paid time in proportion
• You can stop using the service at any time. To have your account and data deleted, contact us

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and announce significant changes in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your own country.
